DMARC Forensics reports provide you copies of messages reported as failing DMARC for analysis, which gives you detailed data on why a recipient did NOT accept a specific message.
MxToolbox's DMARC Forensics integration allows us to process and translate forensic failure reports about individual messages that fail DMARC Compliance into actionable message samples, along with aggregate statistics. This service provides specific data on why a recipient's system rejected the email and aggregates these details to pinpoint both significant and minor email authentication problems.

Accessing ruf Data
To review your MxToolbox-generated ruf data, access your Complaints feature. The ruf information is found under the Email Complaints section (highlighted/red arrow below). You can also see where your Complaints input came from in the Data Sources for Complaints section (highlighted/red arrow below).
To filter your DMARC Forensics complaints, use the Messages tab (highlighted/red arrow below). Here, you can search and filter the results by inputting "DMARC Forensics" in the text field to analyze that specific data type (highlighted/red arrow below). Use the accompanying arrow icons at the top of each column to organize as needed.
