Domain Data
This content examines the data found in the Manage Domains section of Delivery Center.
What Do the Scores Mean?
- Verified: This shows the percentage of your total email volume that comes from sources you have verified that you send legitimate mail from. All other percentages are based on your verified email volumes.
- DMARC: This is the core Key Performance Indicator we are trying to improve to secure your email and improve delivery. This indicates the volume of email sent from your Verified Sources that pass SPF and DKIM validation mechanisms.
- SPF: This displays the rate and count of emails from your Verified Sources that passes both SPF authentication and alignment tests. A pass in both of those categories for an email means that the email is DMARC Compliant.
- DKIM: This displays the rate and count of emails from your Verified Sources that pass both DKIM authentication and alignment tests. A pass in both of those categories for an email means that the email is DMARC Compliant.
- Email Volume: This shows the total volume of emails that have been sent by your Verified Sources during the period selected. Note: Not all inboxes support DMARC and send reports, so we will not be receiving 100% of reports per email. However, when aggregating this data, we will clearly see any mistakes and misconfigurations.
