Domain Insights provides information about our MxTips feature. When accessed, it gives you details designed to help you improve your email deliverability.

MxTips

This section shows vital components of outbound messages that affect email delivery. You can click on each category header (i.e., BIMI, DMARC, Reputation, and SPF) for an expanded list of how each aspect of your email is performing.

For example, click the BIMI section header to see its complete list and select the BIMI Syntax Check option. The Current Details window displays all relevant information about this check and, if needed, how to improve its status.

A green checkmark indicates a passed status, while a red X means that category is failing and an orange exclamation point (!) is a warning that issues exist.

Current Details

As mentioned, this section provides a detailed description of every selected aspect of your email. It offers Recommendations and Why is this important? explanations to help you achieve optimal email deliverability.

History

This header gives insight into the past history of a specific email component. A timeline at the top of this section shows when an issue occurred. Below it is a table with all essential information for that component, including:

• Status
• Date
• Issue
• Data
• Details

You can click on the blue Details button in the last column to see the Current Details information in a pop-up window. A Search feature is also available, and you can sort the list by clicking the arrow icons of each column.
