How to Delete Your Account

Note: Only the Owner of a paid MxToolbox account can delete the associated account. For help with user permission levels, click here.

To delete your MxToolbox account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account using your designated email address and password.
2. Click your username/email address in the top right corner of the page to access the dropdown menu.
3. Click the Settings option (arrow notated below), which takes you to General Settings.
   
   
4. Toward the bottom of the General Settings page, click the pink Delete Account button (arrow notated below).
