Found at the bottom of the Blocklist Monitoring feature, this section provides individual monitors that can monitor a specific IP or Hostname. They'll check as many blocklists as possible for that specific IP on a much more frequent basis. They also have additional benefits, such as an outage log and a history of listing for that monitor throughout its existence.

You can use the "Add New Monitor" button to add an individual monitor.
