Mailgun is a third-party email service provider that provides its users the capability to easily send emails via an application programming interface (API). Integrating your Mailgun data with MxToolbox helps you to quickly assess what your email recipients think of your messages and uncover email deliverability issues. Once integrated with MxToolbox, you will be able to identify campaign quality issues, list hygiene problems, and other issues and take action to correct them.
This integration with MxToolbox will provide you with insight into emails your users are not engaged with (spam complaints, unsubscribe requests), alongside deliverability/reputation problems. You can even benchmark your performance against additional complaint sources, such as Feedback Loop and DMARC Forensic complaints via additional MxToolbox supported integrations.
