On the Add Monitor page, you can click the "Advanced Options" button to access more settings for the monitor(s). For example, while adding a monitor to Website (HTTP), the following options are provided after clicking "Advanced Options" and shown in the below image:
- Timeout Seconds: How many seconds MxToolbox waits to receive a response before returning a warning error
- Must Contain Term: Search (HTML) response results for provided term or regular expression
- Use HTTPS
