Payment Errors

This article informs you what to do if you receive a payment error notification.

Authorization Error: Call Voice Center

If you encounter a payment error that references "Call Voice Center" it means that a block is placed on the credit card used or on MxToolbox as the merchant. Please call your issuing bank or credit card provider and ask them to remove the block on your card. Once the block has been removed, your card should be processed successfully.

If you continue to see this error, please open an MxToolbox Support ticket at the top of this page.

Card Declined: Pickup

If you see this error, your bank has declined the transaction due to suspected fraud activity or has issued a block on your card. Please contact your bank to request they clear the block or issue a new card. Do NOT attempt to resubmit the card until the bank has cleared the problem.
