Sales Tax

This content outlines which states MxToolbox collects sales tax for purchases.

MxToolbox collects sales tax on customers whose business exists in Hawaii, New York, or Texas. You will see a sales tax line item on each invoice. If you need to update your company's address, please go to the Billing page and click the "Update Address" button in the Billing Address section.

Sales Tax Exemption

If you are exempt from sales taxes, simply provide your certificate of exemption to MxToolbox. You can either contact your Sales representative and have them send it to us or open an MxToolbox Support ticket (top of this page) with the subject referencing "Sales Tax Exemption."
