As a convenience, you can choose to ignore specific problems from your tool results. When ignored, these problems will be hidden and you will **not** see any information about them moving forward, including in your lookups, monitors, or receive emails about them. To access and select your Ignored Problems, follow these steps: 1. Log in to your account. 2. Click your **username/email address** in the top right corner of the page to access the dropdown menu (highlighted below). 3. On this page, select the **Ignored Problems** tab on the black bar menu at the top (highlighted/arrow notated above). 5.
