As a convenience, you can choose to ignore specific problems from your tool results. When ignored, these problems will be hidden and you will not see any information about them moving forward, including in your lookups, monitors, or receive emails about them.
To access and select your Ignored Problems, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Click your username/email address in the top right corner of the page to access the dropdown menu (highlighted below).
- Click the Settings option (highlighted below).
- On this page, select the Ignored Problems tab on the black bar menu at the top (highlighted/arrow notated above).
- You can then select which issue(s) you want to ignore by clicking the expand carrot next to each header and the green Ignore This button (both highlighted/arrow notated below).
- Be sure to click the arrow carrots next to individual issues for a description of the specific problem to help determine its ignored status.
